Cowboy Kisses where I'm talking about the history of hat pins. I've been collecting these fascinating pins for a bit, haven't gotten a huge assortment yet because they're expensive, the good ones anyway. But they're fun, decorative and, as I point out in my blog, the long ones make pretty good weapons. I have one that's 11" long and sharp as a needle.
